Descriptif

Comme tous les braques, Platon est un très gentil chien. Il est vraiment très agréable et nous pensons qu’il pourrait s’entendre avec tous les chiens! Il était en box avec une copine avec qui il s’entendait super bien. Il est tellement respectueux que même à l’heure du repas, il ne tentait pas de voler dans la gamelle de l’autre.Les chiens de chasse sont très proches de leurs maîtres, très à l’écoute et très intelligents. Contrairement aux croyances, ils s’adaptent très bien à la vie de maison. D’ailleurs, Platon est en famille d’accueil où tout se passe très bien. Il se comporte très bien à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Il a de bonnes balades quotidiennes pour qu’il se dépense et s’épanouisse ainsi que de beaux moments de jeu. Il est tout à fait OK enfants. Il est vraiment très gentil et bien qu’il ait besoin de se dépenser, il est également calme et posé. Les braques sont des chiens très doux. Il vous attend…

History / Description

Platon was saved from euthanasia by Galia. Like all pointers, Platon is a kind, gentle dog. He really is very nice and we think he'll get on with all other dogs! At the moment he is in a kennel with Canelle, who is his new best friend! These two get on so well that even at feeding time they are respectful of each other and won't go near the other ones dish. The tragic thing about hunting dogs is that they are among the most abandoned and the least adopted breeds and it really is most undeserving. They are extremely loyal, very attentive, they listen and learn very quickly and they are very intelligent. Contrary to popular belief, they adapt very well to home life. Of course, like any dog, they need daily physical exercise and mental stimulation for them to feel good in their 'paws'. Platon gets on well with female dogs but we are not sure yet how he gets on with male dogs or cats. We will test this in the coming weeks. Platon is a lovely, gentle dog. He's waiting for his forever family or even a foster home would be better than spending his life in the refuge. Come and meet this super boy, he's waiting for you....
